Dining Facilities

	Meals are served when 25 or more guests are on campus. Other arrangements can be made if the group size does not meet the minimum. Banquet and special meal requests are available through prior arrangements.
Meal Times Breakfast   7:30 to 8:15 a.m . Lunch 12:00 Noon to 12:45 p.m. Supper    5:30 to 6:15 p.m. *Friday Supper - 6:00 to 7:00 p.m.
	Guests should be in the dining hall to be served during these times. Please schedule your program around meal times.

The "Hub Cafe"

The Hub Cafe will be an addition to the dining choices at White Oak Conference Center.  It will allow the staff to feed a smaller group who can be served more intimately than in the larger cafeteria.  Among the features of the cafe will be a coffee bar, a milkshake service, and a customized menu, including sandwiches and pizza, which will allow meals in a less formal atmosphere.  The cafe will provide the availability of food choices when the main dining facility is not available, such as in the evenings after conference sessions have concluded.

In addition to the new Hub Cafe, the menus and amenities of the dining facilities at White Oak Conference Center will be enhanced to provide positive dining experiences for conferees.
