• Who?
  Any Active Duty, Reserve or National Guard personnel, having returned within the last twelve months from the theater of war, and their spouse and children are welcome.
  
• What?
  Free overnight accommodations, a quiet place to relax and reflect and the use of the recreation facilities. Operation Refresh guests are responsible for their own meal arrangements but are welcomed to dine in the Dining Hall at the prevailing rate when meals are being served. Unfortunately, due to the summer season calendar requirements, this program is not offered during June and July.
  
• Where?
  White Oak Conference Center near Winnsboro, S.C. provides the perfect setting to rest and find peace in the tranquil surroundings. South Carolina Baptists, through their gifts to the Cooperative Program and other special gifts to White Oak, have made this place set apart to retreat and refresh a possibility.
  
• Why?
  Military service and stress takes an immense toll on both the soldier and his/her family and provides little time to pause and refresh. White Oak wants to provide that opportunity and wants to say THANK YOU to those who seek to secure and sustain our freedom.
