Refresh Program
- Who?
Any church ministry staff affiliated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention, their spouse and children are welcome.
- What?
Free overnight accommodations, a quiet place to study and the use of the recreation facilities. REFRESH guests are responsible for their own meal arrangements but are welcomed to dine in the Dining Hall at the prevailing rate when meals are being served. Unfortunately, due to the summer season calendar requirements, this program in not offered during June and July.
- Where?
White Oak Conference Center provides the perfect setting to rest and find peace in the tranquil surroundings. South Carolina Baptists, through their gifts to the Cooperative Program and other special gifts to White Oak, have made this place set apart to retreat and refresh a possibility.
- Why?
White Oak recognizes the need for those in the Lord’s service to retreat for a period of time to rest, pray and study.

Be sure to identify yourself as an SCBC church staff member and you are requesting to take part in the REFRESH program. Please make reservations two weeks in advance of requested date.
Operation Refresh - for Active Duty, Reserve, or National Guard personnel returning within the past twelve months from the theater of war and their spouse and children. For information about this portion of the Refresh Program, click here.
