Check In/Check Out 
Check in time for the motels and group house is 4:00 pm. Check out time for the motels and group house is 11:00 am. Times other than these must be agreed upon and authorized by WOCC. 

Group Registration 
WOCC will gladly check in your group at the front desk, or you may register your own participants. If you decide to register your own participants, tables may be setup in the lobby of the Classroom Building, Beacham Auditorium, or Lecture Hall lobby. 

Commuter Registration 
Commuters must check in with the front desk in the Administration Building upon arrival at WOCC. Prior to arrival commuters should be registered for your conference. The meals for a commuter will be requested on the Commuter Registration Form available from WOCC. For commuters who eat on multiple days, their meals must be recorded on multiple lines based on each day the commuter attends.  Meal tickets are required and are available at the registration desk.
