Refresh Program

 Who?

Any church ministry staff affiliated with the South Carolina Baptist Convention are welcome. The church staff member’s spouse and children may accompany the church staff member.

What?

Free Lodging accommodations for up to three nights once a year. The REFRESH Program provides a quiet place to study and access to the recreation options at White Oak. REFRESH guests are responsible for their own meal arrangements but are welcomed to dine in the Dining Hall at the prevailing rate when meals are being served. Unfortunately, this program is not offered in conjunction with any scheduled events or during June and July, due to the summer camp season.

Where?

White Oak Conference Center provides the perfect setting to rest and find peace in the tranquil surroundings. South Carolina Baptists, through their gifts to the Cooperative Program and other special gifts to White Oak, have made this place set apart to retreat and refresh a possibility.

Why?

White Oak recognizes the need for those in the Lord’s service to retreat for a period of time to rest, pray and study.

Be sure to identify yourself as a SCBC church staff member and are requesting to take part in the REFRESH program. Please make reservations two weeks in advance of requested date.
